Our Staff

Fairland Management Company has a staff of ten employees who have been trained to provide quality specialized service to our clients.

We have two Minnesota licensed real estate brokers and two additional salespersons on staff. These licensed individuals specialize in the sale and management of farm properties.

These licensed individuals have a combined experience of well over 90 years of experience in farming, farm management and farm real estate sales.

Our farm management team of employees are either members of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers or the American Society of Agricultural Consultants.

These associations provide continuing educational opportunities to enhance the services that we provide.

We have a farm services support team of five individuals that includes two accountants, one accounting clerk and two receptionists/secretaries.
